I’m not sure how much truth there is to that to be honest. You can always check with the gagged TA to see if they will release the current SS

I said this Years ago, I also wondered ??, just how many BILLIONS of MTVX shares, that Private investors Wrote off for a Tax Loss, not to mention us public shareholders , as well as a few financial institutions that just wrote them ( ALL ) Off as a total loss and can never be re-used again. IMO IF ?? that is the case, It could ??, be even less then 3 Billion or so left and still active in the actual float or even less,??, who knows, IMO BUT!!, also many of the people & banks and or financial institutions that did loan MTVX many Millions did the same, wrote it all off for a Tax loss, so who knows just what Debts if any are still active and on the books, and who really knows just how many real still active MTVX shares are legally allowed to be used in the Float ?? or are still shares outstanding on the books. ??

So may unanswered questions here, I know, but ones that could make you say, HUMM!!! Possible,?? Impossible ??, Maybe ??, or who cares. ha Ha.
ALSO !!, IF MTVX does go Private , by SEC Laws & rules they do have to pay us still active shareholders something, how much I hope its more then just .0001, plus any major Debt holders might just own a piece of the new MTVX through, possible corporate bonds, and or new Preferred shares issued to them for any Debts that MTVX still might have outstanding. so many ways to turn this company around on a DIME. with of course a all new and Honest Management team in place as well. IMO Just putting my 2-cents here for tonight. I WISH $$$$ Ha Ha.

So I have discussed this with my broker. The shares that are wrote off are not retired. When one calls their broker to take unmarketable shares off of their hands then it simply means that the shares now belong to the brokerage house, so with that being said, the broker can do whatever they please with them. Since they get them for nothing, what do you think they will do with them? My guess, sell at first chance.
