NBDR is Up-list bound with possible forward split here to get the shares needed to do so. How long will this take, guess 3-4 years without dilution. with dilution and a share buyback within 2 years. Not expect anything here but the best of the OTC. Last diamond down here in scam land. I only play OTC, Pinks, BB and a lot of RM & MBO's.
