Cure i 100% agree. My negativity is towards management and it takes a real man to admit when they are wrong and this is the problem I have with management (they are never wrong). Step aside as CEO and let someone familiar with being a CEO of a public company take over. Make sure financials are on time, make sure stock holders are informed, etc etc. I have no problem with the vision of WW just the execution of daily required tasks. He can still be a great asset to EVIO but someone else needs to shake up the office of the CFO.
This is why i bring up steve jobs. Steve jobs in his early days was an awful CEO. So bad that they kicked the founder of apple off the board. He just needed some time to mature as a business man and was always a great visionary. We know he was able to come back and put apple on the map again. I think this WW to jobs comparison is a good analogy.
