What do Mexus investors really know about the Argo chemist and the circumstances that brought him to Mexus?

I have yet to see a resume, and how do we know he wasn't already retired (or laid off) from Argo. I have yet to see a statement from him about his belief in Mexus and Santa Elena. And.....Mexus investors have yet to see proof that even a single ounce of gold has been produced.

Is he even on-site, or does he offer suggestions by phone?
