That "high powered and connected lawyer" is a different Shahid Khan than ours. Our Shahid Khan runs a one-man law office in Windsor and frequently even answers his own phone "Khan office". I know because I've called a number of times. Spoke to him last week for a few minutes but he refused to answer any of the "meaty" questions, hiding behind attorney/client privilege. Wouldn't even explain why he was named CEO one moment, then Petar took retracted him and took over the post himself. He did tell me that he had nothing to do with the reverse merger, that he is the "legal director" on the Board of Directors and that he represents the company, not Petar. It was apparent to me that he had no intention of answering the hard questions, asserting either atty/client privilege or "no comment" or "I cannot talk of these things."
