First of all, Vista and GS are not “venture capital” firms or VC’s - that is an egregious, outright lie, a complete 100% misstatement, and deliberate falsehood.
Toxic lenders like Vista and GS are not “investors” - they are loan sharks, skating the intent of the law. They do not invest in a company - they bust it out, Mafia-style - all they want access to is shares - MMEX-scam’s sole product. They convert relatively tiny amounts of “debt,” including usury interest, and anti-dilution warrant coverage, into shares of MMEX-scam from thin air, then dump them into the market - on average, the generate a 3X cash-on-cash return from this scheme.
GS and Vista are by no means “…in it - To Win I!” - that is utter poo-spew of the highest order.
As anyone who’s been suckered into MMEX-scam over the long haul, the sadistic claim”You’ve Been BLESSED!!!” is an outright lie - a more appropriate claim is that you’ve been bled to death in a cursed death of a billion or so cuts, slowly bled out over more than two years.
As anyone with more than two neurons to rub together can read in the 14c, Mad J. intends to continue bleeding “investors” out - he’s more than doubled the A/S, and will be able to dilute you into oblivion.
