Good leadership? LOL You mean Kenny the ex-lawyer who helped run one Microcrap scam into the ground, before migrating to PMCB? Or just the general leadership that didn't know from 2012-2017 pre-clinical was required as part of the FDA process?

Biotechs always move a little slower than the average stock.

And Microcraps such as PMCB move randomly based on PR pump perception. Ones with an O/S of 1.2B+ like this scam, move like sludge.

I'm glad their PRs always have solid updates.
