My understanding is the results were always scheduled to be released "3rd quarter of 2019". Plenty of people speculated that meant July, but I dont recall the company themselves ever saying July. Seeing as September is still 3rd quarter, I think everything is on track. The primary endpoint of the trial is reduction in seizures over a 26 week period. They have to wait until the last enrolled patient has gotten to 26 weeks. Sometimes things get pushed back slightly if a patient dropped out and a new one was enrolled, or something similar. One thing I'm sure of though is that having the results come in September does not mean they're more likely to be bad.
