I talked to my lawyer about it and he said it seems they have reached an agreement but must review it with their respective clients.

We should have a settlement on Thursday.

Only thing I could see hurting us would be if there were a confidentiality clause. I highly doubt there will be as this is bad for everyone aside from the defendant.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see a settlement amount PR on Thursday or Friday and RS cancellation on Monday (20 calendar days after 14c)
