I think the company has the clinical trial results. No reason they would not except for a very unusual DUA with UCLA but that would be very unlikely and they would have mentioned it already. Three company seems to have the results as typical with most clinical trials. Which begs the next question. Why would they not have released results months ago. It does not take this long to perform stats analysis. It's hard to find a plausable reason to disclose unless they want to keep mediocre results from being public. Hopefully I'm wrong and they report good results by the 12 month deadline
