No, unfortunately, IF it gets SEC suspended before he gets court appointed custodian and the FM15 filed with the SEC, he will most likely request the court withdraw his custodianship. He targets these delinquent tickers all the time. The risk is still there, but I have only seen it happen to him once.

One example of a ticker Lazar took control over that was SEC delinquent is FHAI (I expect similar actions/timeline for PFMS)... https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FHAI/disclosure.

The last 10Q was filed with the SEC on 11/23/2009 for PED 9/30/2009.
