Agreed...after getting extension after extension, kim likely kept taking his sweet time and moving at his usual snails pace when the army gave up on him...

Yea the army will give plenty of time...but they won’t give you forever...

2 yrs for a shoot pack was just utterly ridiculous...for even the slow moving army...
