As we don't work for the company it's obvious that we are not in a position to answer such a question as posed. That being said. $TTCM has taken great strides in reducing the AS etc., so I am sure that they will be taking care of this issue as well. Glad to see that the Transfer Agent is Verified. That to me is a key ingredient. They will get the other straightened out. As was referenced, that Risk deal is often seen on so many OTC stocks. Some don't have the risk but are often just as risky or more so. Go figure. This company has real products now in use. So many are now beginning to use it. Too much going on here in a real way to worry about something like that.
If for sake of argument this was just an idea in someones mind, discussed but not in any way executed then sure that might be a valid talking point. Now though, we are way beyond this being just an idea. It's a reality. That's what will bring investors in. I don't even look at a stock most of the time anymore for those details except the Transfer Agent showing that's its verified and I have been trading OTC stocks for years here.
Just noticed something regarding that also. $TTCM is not a shell, therefore something is wrong with calling it a shell risk.
