RCPIQ (171M shares OS and float) is up 40% so far! Oversold --- from 0.0024 to 0.0005! Easy Trip from here (0.0007)...

Anyway RGDXQ (27M shares float and 38M shares OS) is much much more cheap than RCPIQ in terms of SS, MV, and Status (RGDXQ: Clean Shell CH11 case v.s. RCPIQ: CH7 still in the court process)!
