Easily rectified, Surfer, you just need to call the company. I am fairly certain they can send you a copy directly. As far as keeping things quiet, CVBT has been for the past few years keeping things on the down low due to the ex-CEO’s rabid hatred of the 3 people who saved the company. He tried to destroy the company though nuisance court cases such as the involuntary BK he orchestrated which failed abysmally & left the unsuspecting petitioners with a $250,000 claim for damages against them by CVBT.

They will be communicating effectively with the shareholder such as us shortly when CVBT enters the public arena once again. Then there will be no calls to CVBT as we can do today it will be whatever the last press release was. Until the IPO don't hold your breath. If you want information, call the Dallas office and ask to talk with the CEO or other directors who deal with shareholders. Simple!!
