Even assuming there is a bankruptcy, for the sake of argument, I’m not sure why there would be any fight over the licenses. The only entity that would possibly have any rights to them would be U Penn and Dr. Patterson. But I doubt there is any such right. A license is a license, and it’s an asset of ADXS. If for some reason it is not assignable to another company then the acquirer would just buy ADXS outright. I’m not sure why ADXS would file bankruptcy under any circumstance, since it has no significant liabilities such as loans or bonds.
The tech would be obsolete by the end of courtroom fights. That’s my take on it
