I think they are playing it safe and on a shoestring budget - if the procedures are legitimate for a portion of the global markets, and if it has an actual moat around the intellectual property to keep others from copying or creating something better with ease, then the true value should shine thru one way or another one day hopefully within next 2 years is my guess
