I've seen too many of these deals in the last 30 years nearly

all follow the same pattern. "investors" can take their money off the table and ride warrants.

in the mean time long term shareholders are suppose to hold and add right.

Management needs to do what they say and the rest will take care of its self.

If they don't they will go back to the same well and dilute further.

Watch Managements Actions:

1) RS
2) NASDAQ Application
3) Profits

When I see these events I will buy more until then too much risk

to play the average down game and I own a slug have not sold 1 share.
