PoC is a test in a customer environment to test drive the software prior to buying.
Our company done many PoC including Varonis. This not does mean the product isn't ready for retail. Contrary, it means the product is ready to go or else we would t be giving you server time and human resource to test drive this in our environment - we are dedicating resource to see if we want to purchase your product and to confirm it does everything the company says it does and any thing that might pop up for our company's specific needs..
If anyone wants to buy it is another story.
But to summarize: ClassiDoc been trying to sell. Just not many been biting. They also say the same in the annual/SEC filing as well as their investor FAQ.
To say lack of sale is because it's in beta/wasn't for sale/etc. Isn't going to fly.
PoC takes 2 weeks-2 months depending on software and how urgent we need it.
