Thats what I thought on WRES. The CEO even came out and told investors not to worry, they are fine. Months later, bankruptcy. Shareholders were kicked to the curb and their investment was worthless.

That one had class action lawsuits started, however they didn't go very far since there is so much protection via the bankruptcy courts.

I get your point though. Buying low is the way to make money. IF the company and the share price recovers without bankruptcy.
