Actually, the 19.791 million shares dilution has already occurred. And if/when the 13.854 million warrants are exercised, 13.854 million shares will be added to the O/S, but GIGL will receive $831k cash proceeds.

I bought 60k units which converted to 60k shares & 42k warrants so yeah, I'd love for them to be "in the money"...
