That's enough to recognize 33 percent of Sgmd .
Picture you going half's on a boat or better yet you buy a shared condo. Part of the year your partner and you rent out . You get to recognize your portion of the deal.
Same with Sgmd the first part of the deal will be paid in full . Which is at abt 33 percent . I'm expect at least 13 million for the 12 months going forward .
