The only way to push SCRCQ up is to buy at the ask or bid 500K or more shares at 0.0009 because there is no any fractional sale at the bid 0.0009 so far! If we could take out all the cheap 0.0010 shares then SCRCQ should easily test its most recent high 0.0015...
