"Potential" in this stock works both ways. If the Appeals Court rules that the (deceased) lower court judge didn't make any errors that they could reverse, then the GERS price will quickly go from pennies to fractions of a penny.

I own tens of thousands of shares. It wasn't hard, if you know how to do it. I do know how, but I haven't seen the bottom of the market for GERS stock, so I haven't bought any more in over a year.
