he strikes me as a very calm & competent individual. If he sees $100 oil... most likely it will get there... besides the time frame he gave coincide with the presidential election... and everyone assumes the next one will NOT be a republican. Last chance for big oils to do some serious money grabbing in 07! JMO.
Jean Claude said we could get $100 oil soon if there was a world crisis in Iran or China or something to that effect.... meaning, any disruption of todays supply and demand........
