It was Megatel's allegation in the complaint. I don't think it was on all deals.

It is confusing to understand. As I've stated the underlying land value supporting these loans is up dramatically over the last 5-10 years. I can't imagine a residential lender like UDF losing any money in this environment.

But we know UDF III lost a lot to Buffington and IV still won't show their financials.
