EVERYTHING SPNC did back then was timely, upfront, very fluid like most listed companies then. They all ran them for the "long term benefit of shareholders", not self-serving" as many have become today... Not until all this electronic trading platform crap changed industry did we start to see so much fraud, lies, deceit, corruption, etc everywhere...
