This is such a low-float and OS that as soon as anything happens the few million shares being batted around like a ball of yarn with a cat will be scooped up and the PPS will be back to $0.25 or more. The key here is watch the Level-2, this stock is one of the few that will show an ask at $1.00 and even $8.00 per share. If the genetics and seed bank program work, this will be a 20-30 year plan with an effective long life span.
