let's look at the calendar.....first deadline was Monday, second was Tuesday. So they got another letter from the nasdaq tuesday and wednesday. Add four biz days per SEC reqs and that's monday at the latest. So either tomorrow or monday no later than after market....incidentally 5 business days.
Strap on your seatbelts and put on some clean undies....it's gonna be a bumpy ride these next few days. After that appeals process? or do they go quietly into the OTC night?
