donnie, I'm continually perplexed by action on the OTC tiers. Regarding this filing in particular - I don't think the act of filing this ammended S1 caused any price action one way or the other. I think smart, risk adverse investors are starting to take notice of Verus's execution and follow through. I can't stress enough how huge that Libor financing deal is to a company at this scale. I honeslty didn't think it would come this soon.
I would definitely get used to seeing huge hits by investors buying now and holding for later. Traders are always going to manipulate down here, but I have every confidence that significantly increased credit limits and institutional investment are not far off, and when this is firing on all cylinders, NASDAQ is a no brainer.
