Yep, just finished reading through it myself. Also noticed the 'Intangible Asset Aquisition' (F-39) For Big League Foods and Major League Baseball. This is a much improved S1 using the most recent quarter. Significant revenue increase reflected here.

Funny, no mention or notice of selling unregistered shares as some on this board have so slanderously stated.
