Good point and well said. Currently the psychology of the market is playing the “is this real?” game. This deal honestly does sound too good to be true... and that is what the market is currently battling with. Only the proper news, filings, and other material developments will alleviate the markets anxiety... and when that happens, we see higher ground. LAHO
