EVERYONE who owned before the reverse split got wiped out.

Pre-R/S 1 million shares x .0001= $100

Then comes the 1-for-50,000 R/S

Post-R/S 20 shares x $5.00= $100. Those shares are now 0.2046 or $4.092 TOTAL

That's a drop of -95.91%

That's the same as if your .0001 shares fell to 0.00000409 without the R/S.

This is how scam tickers wipe out old shareholders.

Also the A/S EXPLODED upward in relative terms after the R/S.. more than QUADRUPLING! Pre-R/S it was 12 Billion. If they had also reducing it by 50,000 the A/S would now be 240 million. Instead the A/S is now 1 Billion... more than 4x (in relative terms) to what it was pre-R/S.
