only an idiot would announce a r/s that is not needed or wanted by anyone..
and then to make it appear urgent with a rushed sh meet and then claim you will really only do it ifs necessary?...what kind of idiot nonsense is that?..

but as the pps falls, he decides to help by putting out publicly that he is stressed, he has no money and desperately needs it and the r/s is possibly the only way to do it...of course hes only got a small window and many things have to come together to make it happen so the likelihood of being able to accomplish it is very slim?..WTH?

but not to worry because he is contemplating hitching up his wagon and doing a road show to any bank who will listen to him..

but he really doesn't want the kind of financing that he can attract while on the otc...he wants the kind of financing he can get on the Nasdaq...which he really cannot get to any time soon..

wonder why the pps dropped 60%?...how could it not with that type of mismanaged fiasco?....

dilution IS coming...either before or after the r/s...its just depends on which way will be worse...kim is not yet sure..

Your comments, along with his response, are why it's so hard to listen to the "logical". It's ALWAYS done from the viewpoint of attacking and belittling, never presented as a "where do we go from here" or "what is our best path forward". Always has to include a bash fest and some patting on the back of oneself.

As much as it might get tiring to read about how we are on the verge of greatness, it's equally tiring to listen to the same drum being beat over and over and over again about why Kim can't possibly succeed or, if he does, it will be in spite of himself, not because of any good decision he has over will ever make. Personally, since I am invested in KBLB with the goal of seeing the company succeed, I'd rather focus on the positive and how we move forward than rehash the past and continually try to beat the company down. To each their own, just not my thing.

Just need to keep your eyes pealed for the logical/reasonable comments, run them against the appropriate filters and go from there.
