Being that there is so much proof against Svorai, Vacarro and Taieb, I would image they will all plead guilty quickly to get deals. Looking at their past, it looks like Vacarro may have had his family involved in this scam. More reason for him to ask for a plea deal. His shares were acquired due to toxic debt (notes by FBI agent), this should wipe out the debt and drive the stock back up.
We should all contact the company at their home page and request an explanation, it will be up to them to present it a way that will not harm the company.
