Yet another Kenny test is coming up.
Was Kenny passing wind when he implied 11-Jun was the start of the 1st production run. If not, then QC testing for that run should've ended yesterday. Thus, the RC time frame of mid Aug, agrees with the same time frame I suggested weeks - oops (an etc moment) "a month" ago.
Here's the test part: Didn't Kenny once upon a time promise to tell SHs when the mythical IND was submitted, he would crank out a PR pump about it? If he doesn't, then he either misled SHs again about the production run, or lied to them about giving them notification for the mythical IND submission.
My prediction: Silence in mid August. Either something went wrong with the production run again, or Kenny doesn't want to tell SHs the mythical IND goes in mid Aug. Why? Because there would be a 30 day countdown. If the FDA rejects it, then he has to explain why to the SHs. If it's approved, then SHs have to wait for months or more wondering about non-existent mythical funding. Silence solves both problems. An infinite timeline for Kenny to PR pump into.
