MINE - Updated A/S and O/S as of 08/02/2019 still no dilution.
They must have become current and entered into a partnership for some reason. Dilution hasn't been that reason thus far so we have reason to believe something is coming down the pipeline.

So far in August the company sold a total of 606 million shares.

That's $60,600 worth of dilution. Was it for the good of the company moving forward or to line the pockets of management? Hopefully we know one way or the other soon.
