#21034 RE: Sonny Crockett #20991

Question for Jimmy...Does the 12% profit pertain only to Hempistry owned acres, or the entire (reportedly) 2600 acres that include co-ops?

And good question Sonny..maybe yes, maybe no...Since we know little about Jimmy's Hempistry Holding, i wouldn't be surprised if SGMD tied in somehow, maybe any profits would be reinvested in privately held Hempistry Holdings?? Not a bad thing, just that those profits might be earmarked for future investments..which obviously could be a good thing..I'm just hoping all $190k came from SGMD, and not a combined investment with let's say Jimmy's Hempistry Holdings? Hate to share that 12%..Also,per July25 8k, closing disclosure statement "At this time, it is unclear the amount of Mr. Chan related party interest in the transaction." Huh?

And also, per Apr2019 PR.."Privately-held Hempistry operates out of Madisonville, Kentucky and during 2019 cultivation season will engage in both direct cultivation and co-op cultivation activities with local farmers.

Notice the mention of Hempistry direct cultivation and co-op with local farmers (closing:) statement..https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/04/11/1802718/0/en/Sugarmade-to-Begin-Hemp-Micropropagation-Supply-Deliveries-for-Hempistry-Inc.html
There is a big difference between Hempistry owned acreage and co-op owned..I suspect that the 12% profit refers to Hempistry owned acreage..100 acres?..More?..I was surprised that the recent promo team PRs didn't hammer away at the huge 2600 acreage number previously pumped, really thought the number would be repeatedly emphasized..but as i checked back over a few of the Hempistry PRs this year i stumbled on the Apr2019 closing line (disclosure:)..Might explain why 2600 acre revenue potential downplayed recently?

Big 12% profit difference with let's say, Hempistry last year (owned?) 100 acres vs 2500 acres co-op participation this year..??..Jimmy needs to be challanged for info specifics when needed to minimize future surprises..gl!
