You meant the SEC 34-87115 proposed document? If the SEC 34-87115 proposed document gets approved then it will affect all non-reporting OTC stocks like PUGE! Because the new rule will crash PUGE to completely ZERO --- No bid and No ask at all just like those OTC GreySheet Junks! Which is why (Hundreds Of Millions shares dumped at 0.0001 since this August!

Sell this Endless Super Heavy diluting Pos Scam at the bid ASAP before the ask drops to 0.0001...

Note, the Giant AS is 3B or 3,000,000,000 shares!

The bids size were already reduced by 255M shares comparing to just a couple of weeks ago! I bet those "lucky" 0.0001 buyers will soon regret then line up to sell at the 0.0001 ask since "No Bid" will soon kick in here due to both Endless Giant dilutions at 0.00009 ~ 0.0001 and Super Heavy year-end-tax-loss-sale at 0.0001...

Current OS is estimated at 1.5B ~ 1.2B shares since the TA is Gagged v.s. 3B shares New Huge AS which was raised from 110M shares!

Totally over 300M shares dumped at 0.0001 since this Pos Scam first crashed to 0.0001 on August 1, 2019! Over 111M shares at the 0.0002 ask now!
