My guess is that they will "create" a corporate slate that will
include the 2 incumbent trustees along with stock awards of some
type for the BOD. That way everyone gets a slice of the pie. Too
bad this could not have continued as a trust, the way it was run
years ago. I "hate" the idea that they will create a corporation
that will likely include built in dilution to reward management.
Maybe I will be proven wrong and they will make solid, reasonable
moves. Oh well, the only certainty here is that things will change.
