IMO, updates to O/S and A/S are dated. Identified at a certain point and then it takes time to process for Public/SH view.
When posted, it MAY not show numerous recent days of trade volume and it remains possible that the data may show the A/S is not maxed...but I am with you, if not then it most assuredly is now. Dilution is NOT a factor here.
Other determinations WILL have significant impact from now on.
