Once ARYC becomes current???? Hahahahaha!!!!Year after year they dodge showing audited numbers. Would shut them down. Likely losses beyond imagination and probably can’t afford to produce them. Wait. Let’s just bill them!!!!!!hahahahahahahaha

Why would it be a dangerous move for the company to announce a plan to buy back stock if the board of directors approved the purchase and that action was published in an 8K? It might be problematic if insiders were to buy the stock but if the company purchased the stock (and hopefully retired the stock) it would be very positive for the company and the shareholders.
