I asked Mark about buying back shares a year or so back. Take it for what it's worth but his answer was that it would be frowned upon seeing that they weren't/aren't current in their financials and that their former SEC lawyer advised against it.

Don't know anything about the rules surrounding company share buy backs. It sounded kind of plausible or could have been complete BS.

I wish they did when the price was in the .000's - they could have bought back 50% of the outstanding shares for $450k - assume they weren't in a position financially to do that back then. Maybe they aren't now either but who knows.
