IMO, good and not so good. Good - Many people say he is a scammer and the company is a scam. Why then would he loan the co. 50,000 of his own money. Not so Good - If the company was suppose to have revenues coming in, why doe he have to loan the company 50,000? Just my opinion.
Kevin. IMO, TW took shares in lieu of salary, and now loaned $50k back to the company. Pretty clear to me a) he knows those shares are worth more, and b) he will get his $50k back.
It also tells me they needed cash, more than they could get traditionally, for something big ;)
