Penny,

FLES has stated they planned to expand their business footprint from one fulfillment center, up to four fulfillment centers. That takes a lot of capital to accomplish. I don't think they're stuffing their pockets.

FLES is an operational business. I would think FLES is building more business relations, expanding their business reach, and restructuring the way they do point of sales to reduce business expense, and make product delivery more efficient for customers. These changes cannot happen without capital to fund their efforts.

HOWEVER, we unfortunately don't have any proof of their hard work yet. So me saying all this has an equivalent value to your words saying they are stuffing their pockets until we are officially informed by FLES.

***sigh***

THIS PERSON GETS IT--READ THE POST!!!

The only thing holding the PPS down is the sentiment with management? REALLY. So the fact they are diluting up to 1 M shares a day is nothing. Don't kid yourself... IF they ever release the financials (THATS A BIG IF) and the financials are even close to what they stated $8.3M in revenues, this may move a little. The problem is they have 20 BILLION shares to burn through. Dilution here will not end... Tim needs to make this his last run, no one will partner with that bastard ever again after this shit show and MCGI. It is easier and more profitable for them to dilute to the tune of $18-20K a day. Like I said before - the dilution is going to pay the salaries of the employees, the cost of restructuring and such...

Salaries of employees == Million dollar salaries for the CEO / CO-CEO... thats where all of the $18-20K a day is going... their pockets.

They are not duilting a million shares a day get over yourself you have been proven wrong when it comes to your claims of massive dulition time and time again.

You always claim the OS is like 3 times as big as it ends up being.

Yes there is dulition, yes the filings are late yes, they promised them by now and we still do not have them. However you are wrong in your statements about the financials in regards to the amount of dulition and the amout of revenue.
