Nothing professional about me bud, but I've been watching this one trade for a long time. It doesn't even trade like a 19M float to me(trades more like a 3M float or less, imo), but a 19M float is what's stated at OTC Markets. The CEO, per attorney letter, owns around 60M of the 105M O/S so maybe the rest of the O/S is restricted? That's just my honest opinion and thoughts on the SS, but take it fwiw ~
