I don't think taking 7 months to acquire a company that is basically a related party transaction is productive.

It took as long as Disney merging with Fox, so why did it take so long especially if financials still won't be released.

Zero reason for it to have taken 7 months and just so happen to close after Greg and Jamie's shares become vested.

Coincidence? Maybe but just doesn't make sense otherwise.

Then what do you think the explanation is about Steve saying 2 years ago that Revenue was 38 million and growing at 15% and most recently the revenue has been reported as approximately 30+ million? With the 15% growth year over year that should put revenue around 50 million. Huge discrepancy don't you think?
