What’s silly is that the lawsuit is not going to yield anything for lattuca unless he can get damages in the form of shares, pending a huge success of QEDN off of the efforts of Inca worldwide which is a company based outside of the US.
He can only sue the shell. It may have at one point had potential even if it was a coke money laundering scheme but lattuca has completely obstructed any chance of this shell succeeding and has implicated at and all companies within Kate’s domain in his personal hunt for damages based on an old contract that went bad.
Kate May very well have a successful business in Colombia or tons of money but we’ll never see any hint of it here because of lattucas involvement and the ongoing litigation.
