From the last 10q issued May 20 the OS at the end of March was 460,518,411... Then the 14c was just issued and the OS as of July 26 was 914,784,917 or close to a 50% increase in 4 short months...

Company still has over $820,000 of toxic loan shark cd notes and the increase in AS will not come close to covering this....

I see more dilution then a reverse split....

But that’s my observations with only 6 minutes and 42 seconds of DD...
