It’s called “intrinsic value”, and virtually EVERY OTC ticker that runs has a “market valuation” which FAR EXCEEDS their intrinsic value. This isn’t exclusive to the OTC, but is drastically exaggerated in the OTC. We can see this exemplified by the lack of profits 99.9% of OTC companies show, yet trade at market caps worth 100000times more, literally.
